South Hadley Councilor Julie Gentile has resided in South Hadley for most of her life. She began her term with the Hampshire Council of Governments in 2014 and has served on both the Regional Services Committee and Executive Committee. Councilor Gentile was recently elected for her second term with the Council in April of 2016 and works for Mount Holyoke College.
Jeffrey A. Millard serves as an administrative vice president at M&T Bank. He has been with the bank for 11 years, having most recently served as vice president. Prior to joining the bank in 2005, Millard held leadership positions at Bank of America Leasing, GE Capital Commercial Equipment Finance, Metlife Capital Corporation and New England Capital Corporation. Millard received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University. He served as president of the board of directors for the Charles Village Community Benefits District, where he previously served as vice president, treasurer, and at-large executive committee member, a total of six years. In addition, Millard is a Vietnam veteran.
