POSITION 1: Electricity and Solar Sales Executive

POSITION 2: Part-time Municipal Accountant Assistant

Part-time Municipal Accountant Assistant, providing dependable, cost efficient and professional accounting services to Towns being served by HCOG under fee for service contracts.  

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include maintaining towns accounting records, preparing vendor and payroll warrants for Select Board approval, monitoring financial status of town departments, preparing various financial reports and account reconciliations for town officials, and perform the day to day bookkeeping functions of the town under the supervision of the HCOG Director of Finance. Position requires travel to locations other than central office.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years education beyond high school with an emphasis in accounting or business. Strong computer skills are required and experience with municipal accounting software is desired.  Must have the ability to work accurately without direct supervision while maintaining a creative and practical attitude.

HOURS: The work schedule is dependent upon Town needs and will be determined; however it is expected to be a regular schedule of 10 to 18 hours per work week (M-F) between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

SALARY RANGE:  $15 to 18 per hour; DOQ
